I Admit Defeat

Today dawned a beautiful day and I just KNEW it had to finally be a good day.  Everything was going along fine. I was so relieved.

But then I went to check the mail.  I should have left it in the mail box.  Maybe I should have just stayed in bed.

I got a lovely little letter from my dental insurance telling me that my amount for the year was maxed out and I owe my dentist the rest of the money for the crown because they aren't going to cover their 40%.

I don't want to make unhappy posts, but I am just unhappy right now.  So I apologize and I think I will take a sabbatical from blogging anything other than new pieces until things look up...otherwise I am afraid all of you will stop coming to read my posts, and I wouldn't blame you. =/

I hope things are going better for the rest of you.

Hi Kelly,

I've been trying to catch up here and there and when I read your past couple of posts I wanted to send armloads of hugs and encouragement. Hang in there - I do trust things will get better for you. I can't imagine all those things happening at once but I can imagine being discouraged when they did! Please know I'll be thinking of you and hoping for things to get better right away, soon, today, this minute!

Your new blog header is really cute. I don't know how you manage all these wonderful graphics! And of course, your work continues to be terrific too.

Thinking of you,
~ginger

Oh, gad, Kelly,
It seems as though it is just one thing after another doesn't it.
Things have been like that here for almost a year now.
We just take one step at a time, tend to the most important matter then on to the next.
That said, I am sending Positive Thoughts - - and Energy your way.
Luck,
Hugs & ♥♥♥s,
Gerry

I don't think you should feel bad about blogging what's going on. That may be when you really need to blog. Then we can send you encouragement and love. We care about you, and ya know each day gets a day closer to the good days. MY son and I have a motto when things are going especially rotten, "what a difference a day makes". Tomorrow will be better! ;)

Oh crickey! I forget at least in the UK we have 'free' health care and dental treatment is cheaper/subsidised. Sending a heap of good luck your way, you deserve it.
